PHP script work

I need 2 issues fixed 1) Form creator php script. Captcha not displaying properly 2) Gallery script - Images not uploading properly Also need some custom work on php shopping cart script 1 - Large image when thumnail is clicked. Open in a new window. 2 - Sales tax needs to be calculated for New York only. If the customer is from a different state the tax should be $0). 3 - Shipping amount to be calculated automatically. 4 - Need fields in admin under options to add text to shopping cart and checkout. 5 - The category list menu in webpage. The main Category needs to have larger font and bold. The sub categories should be smaller font and not bold. 6 - Upon checkout I want to offer customer ability to add similar products to the cart by listing them on a separate page to be displayed between shopping cart and checkout. 7 - Need checkout to be secure. Setup of https 8 - Orders in admin need to show how paid. ex. google, amazon, paypal or credit card 9 - Upon uploads existing products are updated and new products are added. 10 - Check boxes to delete several products at a time. 11 - Integration with Commentics rating script so customers can leave feedback on products and they will show below the product information on the more information page of that product.
