Update attached code to (1) store a date/time stamp to the MySQL database on upload, (2) identify user from data, (3) store cookie for future user ID

The attached .zip file contains code that is used to upload, parse and store .xml data to a MySQL database. The code needs to be updated to also do the following:

(1) populate the ActionTimeStamp field with the upload date-time

(2) populate the UserNames field with the value stored in a cookie on the user's PC (created by item (3) below)

(3) if a cookie for UserNames value does not exist on the user's PC, display a list of unique values in the "name" field of uploaded file(s) and allow the user to select one or more of them as his UserNames to be stored as a cookie on his PC for future identification per item (2) above

(4) If the user DOES have a cookie for UserNames stored on his PC but NONE of the names in the cookie matches ANY of the names in ANY of the upload files, display a list of unique values in the "name" field of ALL uploaded file(s) for which there is no match and allow the user to select one or more of them to be added to his UserNames to be stored as a cookie on his PC for future identification

Additional background:

The reason for having multiple usernames is that the user may have different names for different modes in the software that is generating the .xml files. Thus, it is necessary to know ALL of the usernames assigned to the user in order to accurately identify him.

Also, while the parsing work is already completed, I included an example .xml file just for edification.

Please note reason for small budget is that this is for personal, hobby use.
