I am looking for some one who is cable of develop or already develop the website before and know how to handle video conversion at multiple servers.
Must be run on PHP/MySQL (If required CGI or perl only use for Remote upload/conversion etc).

14. Check the MD5 to reduce the Space, if any one already uploaded video should be store only 1 at server based on MD5, if any video removed by admin then all video link will be removed, but if user remove only remove the user video not the original video.

22. User only FFMPEG, FLVTOOL, Mplayer+mencoder, lame, libogg etc.
23. Must be Work on Linux (Specially centos, Ubuntu, opensusu)
