Dear sir: I know you have wroten you only will pay $300 USD but I cannot build this app for less than I posted. I am 30+ years experienced programmer. Not from yestarday!!! 30+ years!!! Project you are needing (I liked your clear explanation) is an easy job. According the "code" I would like remember you (I know you know) "a lots of freelancers are amateurs+spammers". I don't want say you that most coders aren't able to built your requeirements, only I try notice you "one thing is "to be a web-er" and another one is "to be a programmer". Perhaps, because your requirements are low, you will can find some "cheapper" freelancer who will build you a fine website. But, how this website will be built? There are a lot of ways to get the same functional results but only there is a correct way: "closed to perfection". I can build this requirements with no problem but I wont can begin until "Wday" (other jobs needs its finishing). Remember: -you should try talking to the freelancer before anything. -you should not rely on freelancers reviews, etc ... check your portfolio (number of projects, ...) and the price of their latest projects. -You should not rely on the nationalities (many are false, especially UK, U.S., ...). Avoid PK, IN, ... -Most of Which projects are publishin in FL (30USD) They are faked and projects are put by "convined" for other users to "first one" direct assignation. Bye By a little more money I would built a graphical comparative system.
