IMPORTANT: I've had some horrible experiences with software providers here, so no escrow will be made. YOU WILL BE PAID $200 UPON DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE SOFTWARE BY ME. You'll be paid $300 more after 30 days so that I have time to really use the software.

I don't want to have to go through false promises again.

BUDGET: $500. BID only if you can do the job. Do NOT bid if you don't understand the requirements. I've had people waste a lot of my time only to tell me that the project is too complex... You absolutely have to know how you're going to complete this software before you bid.
