JusTanja Pte. Ltd. is formally separating its online Retail website ([login to view URL]) and its education website ([login to view URL]) and is looking for a professional yet cost effective makeover for the latter. The educational site will be moved onto a separate server and will not be hosted on [login to view URL] any longer – as a result this makeover can be both cosmetic and infrastructural, giving us the opportunity to implement a modern, templated open source content management tool instead of the custom-built in-house content management tool we use today.
Attached is a brief outline of some of the features, design requirements, and ideas for bidders. Value is our key decision factor - we need to be confident we have a designer that can make our site design reflect the professionalism and experience of our organization as well as the warmth, fun and sense of friendship and community our students experience when in class.
Higher bids than $1500 will be entertained provided they justify costs & additional features used/required. We are aiming ‘low’ because we hope to leverage existing feature-full CMS systems with ‘one click’ installations on supported hosts and want to pay for quality design by a person or firm with a passion for usable, people-friendly web experiences. Extensive flash animation, and other ‘fancy’ features are not required but its subtle use to facilitate the desired user experience will be appreciated.
