I need a couple of pages in Zencart admin.
I need an add customer -> add order process in Admin
i.I want one page where I can put in the required customer details. Include subscribe, Where here about us etc, Operator.

At the moment when a customer calls us and places an order we enter it into the Front End of our ZC store as if we were the customer. We need a back end process that is a bit more stream lined and doesn’t involve logging in and out as the customer. This needs to be quick and efficient as we are expecting a lot of telephone orders.
I also need to be able to pull out better/more reports. And be able to export to CSV or similar.
I want to be able to generate lists of customers based on
i. When order
ii. Value of order
iii. If Product 1 ordered And/or
iv. If product 2 ordered
v. And or If product 3 ordered
vi. If customer order greater /less the $x.00
vii. If customer order more then x products
viii. If customer ordered more then x times
I have the ‘where did you here about us mod but need better reporting
i. Number of customers per source
ii. Number of sales per source
iii. Average number of items per sale
iv. number of items sold per source
v. value/cost of items sold per source
V1. Reports per time period. historic graphs.
I need urgently to be able to generate lists of customer/order based on City or country.
