Oscommerce 2.2rca Contributions - repost

Hi! I want to have 2 Contributions made 1. Chat Function = it should appear a box at the right side chat online where customers can ask questions to us when we choose to chat online. We must be able to turn off / on the chat from admin. Also be able to create users for us that can receive chat so lets say I have a user named El Heso and when the customer wants to chat and El Heso is free, The customer get this upp on the chat: you're talking right now with El Heso and what can I Help you with. Then El Heso get the client on his screen and can help out. The users should not have to login to admin to handle this chat. ( must also be compatible in swedish language ) 2. News Mail = Need a function in admin so we can send fancy news mail to customers in the database, presumably so we can edit it by CKEditor. I want this contributions to be separate so i can myself install them, so you also need to be able to do the work on your test server so i can try them out before payment.
