****This paypal fix needs to be done ASAP, our site is live and were loosing money****
I thought I aquired an on call developer the last time I used [url removed, login to view] but obviously not. So I need some assistance with my site...
First thing first It's a highly modified OSCommerce 2.2 site that has an issue with paypal representing that its going to charge the delivery fee, but not actually charging for it.
When the intemized order invoice hits the paypal screen, the shipping fee is reresented. But once the customer puts in there payment and comes back to our site, there missing the shipping details and charges. I'm sure its just a misnamed or unassigned variable involving a couple lines of code but i dont want to bother with it, so you can.
Due to the installation of the module, I got issues with using Discount Coupons, I need someone to fix this and make sure that that discount codes, customer points system and ccgv all work in conjuction with the paypal module.
Also my store has a big header which leaves the customer scrolling down on every page load. To fix this I assigned an anchor point "main" to every page (i think...) the idea here is to have every link in the system on the front end load to this anchor point, minimizing customer scroll. Rather than a complete re design i made a "shopping area" for most of the site but not all of it. This shopping area is simply a div tag, that creates a uniform scroll box for page content, i need this scroll box to have more uniformity throughout the site. As of right now i cant figure out were to put this thing on various pages, so some pages render a mile long while others honor the shopping area div.
So make the shipping details and variables pass completely through on checkout to paypal and back to my site. Assign all links on the front end to load to the anchor point "main", this includes categories, sub categories, product_info, all pages. Most already do this. Implement the div tag on every page on the front end to prevent massive scrolling. And add a second if pager statement to right above the div scroll box to the top of the div for when customers scroll down the products list box and then back up they can easily go to the next page without having to scroll.
This is not a tough nor time consuming job so bid accordingly, unfair bids will not even be considered so dont waist your time nor mine.
