email help with horde/cpanel

(cpanel,horde,mysql,php,linux)We created new email accounts in our cpanel. however we need assitance linking them to certain sites. so when users activations can go forth in email and so we receive copies of transactions. this a very simple simple job that shouldnt even take 30 minutes. make sure you know what exactly to [url removed, login to view] bid wins project.
