Email to SMS Script

I want a script to do the following:
- Recieves emails from an email address: reports[at][login to view URL]
- Checks every 10 mins for new emails for the address.
- If there are new emails it adds it to a MySQL Database and also sends it by SMS to a cell phone.
- The MySQL Table contains:
-- Subject
-- From
-- DateTime
-- Content
- When texted to the SMS phone it will contain only the details I need.
This script needs to be easy to manage and modify. I am not looking for an already made script I want this to be a custom job.
