Ok, I work for a credit repair company that wants an area off of their website that their clients can log into and see the progress of their credit repair process.
This will also work as a workflow manager for the paralegals that perform the repair process.
It should work like this:
Note1:An admin will take all of the orders for the day from our order system and create a login for each of the new users in this "tracker" system)
Note2:this could become automated as there is a username and password field I've built into our order system that they don't currently use, but they could and we could have a script grab that info every night and create a "tracker" account.
1.A paralegal gets a new client's information from our admin, informing them of a new client and all of their info.
[url removed, login to view] paralegal will log into the tracker system and enter an initial note of "Pulling credit reports"
[url removed, login to view] the reports are pulled, they enter in each item on the report into the tracker system.
[url removed, login to view] things progress, they update the tracker, "letter #x sent to Equifax", "letter #x sent to Experion" with a date appended.
The client can login and see the updates to their account, and add notes back to the paralegals if they want.
The client front end of this should look the same as the main website of the company so this will need to be stuff we can build into the existing site which is html with an embedded flash navigation header.
Is there anything out there that does something like this so we don't have to start from scratch?
Done anything like this before?
How would you do it?
I know this can't be that hard. I've seen a competitors setup and it looks pretty simple..... and bad.... this can't take someone with the right experience that long.
Let me know!
