Php Programmer Needed ASAP

Hello Programmers, I am looking for a great Php Programmer that I can work with on an upcoming project. I need someone that can start immediately and can work for the next couple of days/weeks until my project is completed. My project is similiar to Affiliate Scripts/Software. The programmer that I choose will need to be able to work well with Ad/Banner Management and Click Tracking. The chosen programmer will need to be able to work quickly and complete this project in a timely manner. I can't really go into much detail about the project as it will appear confusing without first completing the basics of the site. The first requirements will be to create a site that will allow for 2 different types of users + Admin/Admin Section. The 2 different users of my site will be called 'Client' & 'Advertiser'. Each will need to complete a simple sign up form to gain access to my site. Each will have their own accounts my site, but they will be different from each other. Clients will pay a monthly fee to use my site. Advertisers will be able to use the site for free. These are the very basics that I need completed ASAP. Once this is completed I can go into more detail and it will be easier to explain the next steps of the project.
