I need a site to have the same features as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Clients must be able to sign up for an account make a payment via Paypal. A confirmation email to be sent to client and site owner. Client should then be able to log into account upload their photos and edit adverts as necessary. Site owner needs to be able to track all activity and manage site and database without the need for support. Also site owner must be able to have facility to manage separate “property to let” database. Your suggestions as to the best way to construct this site i.e. CMS or CGI will be appreciated. Project to commence 5th September and completed before the end of the month. The template must have a clean and compact look just like the above mentioned sites. Client must be able to change template if required. Please give examples of similar work you have done.
