Trying to make a raffle website with 1 out of 4 odds of winning. I need the "computer" or server to randomly select a winner, after the four contestants have paid with paypal. I also need a way for the computer to automatically send a confirmation e-mail along with payment via paypal to the winner. I want contestants to have the option to upload a picture and maybe a java applet that will let them cut out a face shot of their picture. I want the pictures to be resized to 50 pixels in height maximum and each of the paying contestants small pictures be placed in specific area on homepage (isn't hosted yet). I want the pictures of winners to be 200 pixels in height maximum and placed in another specific area on homepage. If they opt to not upload picture i want a picture I already have in my possession that says "pic not available" to be placed where their picture would normally be displayed on homepage. I also need help with some of my forms as far as submitting data to me. Website program i'm using won't allow me to create working forms. I want a quickplay option for those that don't want to wait for 3 other people to participate that will tell them immediately whether or not they win. I would like administrative tools for quickplay to allow me to change the odds of quickplay. I do not have any database software yet and my budget is small right now.
