I have a Spip 2.0.3 based website with a forum powered by phpBB 3.0.4. Currently the two CMS are separated users must to log for forum and for the web site.
I would like to have a single sign-on on there:
- A Single Sing-On on both platforms.
- A unique process users registration that creates the same user for phpBB and Spip.
- A single logout for Spip and phpBB (unique session?)
- Eventually migrate existing users to the new system.
The platform runs on Apache / PHP / MySQL and the two databases are 900 MB (thousand of users).
I'd prefer to not touch the core Spip / phpBB (updates and / or correction of faults), I’m think of a script and/or cookie that collects the login informations from Spip and authenticate into phpBB.
All ideas are welcome.
