cPanel Email Auto-config for iPhone/iPad and other mobile devices

Hello, Some of my clients have difficulty into setting up email accounts in their iPhone/iPads and Android devices. I'm using cPanel to host these clients and I would like to do a simple script that they just need to enter the email and the settings will be sent automatically to the device or provide a file that can be easily installed in the mobile device. Please let me know what are the requirements for this and if you think that an app for the device will help. When bid please let me know your solution, your price and time to complete this project.
