128268 Need article script updates

I have a article script that was cloned from [login to view URL] by mistake or misunderstanding. My article script is [login to view URL] The look is very similiar and also functionality. What I need is a professional programmer to remodify the look and feel of it, all a bit more functionally. I was thinking of changing the submission page to become a member regristation page, where users have to register to submit articles. Somehow changing the inner functionally to show authors, and authors and how many articles they have. THis make also mean changing admin to reflect this. I am also open for suggestions.
