Need a custom ecommerce store

Hello,

I am looking for someone who can build me a very basic ecommerce website that can deliver downloadable goods immediately after payment has been verified via authorize.net. The webstore would be very basic with only 10-15 items. I just need something that looks nice, flows easily, and I want to take the orders directly from my site which has ssl enabled [url removed, login to view] Some other details about the site are...

I would also like a contact form, privacy policy page, I would like for the cart contents to be displayed on the page if the user is still shopping. I want the checkout screen to be very simply but automatically charge their credit cards and if approved give them a special url which is good for only 2 uses to download the program.

The reason why I want it to be basic, is my budget. If someone can make me a decent offer I will be glad to go fourth.
