I'm after a site that is pretty similar to the one below:

The website I want to create will be slightly different though, I've outlined below what I'm after. I want users to be able create mini sites around niches. i.e If they were interested in fishing they would be able to save up to 50 links all about fishing. They would also be able to create a home page all about fishing.
create their own log-in.
be able edit all of the default links and catagories.
the user is the only person that can edit their links.
the user should be able to add up to 50 personal links in all catagories.
they user will also be able to create a home page, where they can add text and pics if required.
the users page should be available to everyone.
i.e if someone posted a link to their page, everyone would be able to use the links that they had saved.
**New user creation**
When someone creates a new page, it should be based on page they created it from. I will try to explain that better with the use of an example below.
e.g If someone made a page all about golf. Someone else came and looked at their golf page and decided they would like to create a similar page golf. The template for the new golf page would be based on the original golf page. All the links would default to the golf links that had been saved on the original page. These links could be changed but as I say the page would be based around the original golf page.
Each new users page would be posted to a index page that would arranged alphabetically.
