Messaging 1. Sending Messages. Can send a message with case information to a group or to an individual party using parties username or groups username a. Can associate a case with it. 2. Managing Messages. a. recieve notifications. when user recieves the message gets notification, like a ding and a NEW type of thing in the toolbar ( bottom right ). b. viewing. Sorting: by date, case type, sender. Forwarding: can forward messages to other users. Reply: can reply to the sender Reply All: Can reply to all users Post to Case: can post the message to a case. a. only if the case number is displayed on the case, or you can associate it with a case. Print. Can print the message. c. Archiving and Deleting. Can archive the messages Can just delete the messages. d. Emails. Mapi compliant so that you can send and recieve emails. Allows you to post emails directly to the case folder. Email Management where you can view and manage emails similar to the outlook basics.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
