Perl Scripts for data capture, email notification

We require perl scripts that will operate on both Linux/Unix AND Windows/NT systems for a web based application. Due to varried code differences between Linux and Windows scripts, a seperate set of scripts for each OS type is preferred. Perl modules not included with a base distribution of Perl 5 may not be used. For each OS, two individual scripts are required and must accomplish the following: **Script One** * Execute from a website * Easy configuration of the following variables: * sendMail/SMTP path * recipient's email * redirect URL * path/file name settings * Take a known set of form inputs and store/append the data in a flat file format * If a known redirect field is passed, do the following * redirect the browser to the URL passed from the redirect field * If the known redirect field is not passed, do the following: * Email the recipient a formatted copy of the data submitted * Email another user (email passed fom the form) a copy of the data submitted * Redirect the browser to the preconfigured redirect URL * Based on cost, possible encryption of fields **Script Two** * Execute from a website * Easy configuration of the following variables: * user name and password * path/file name settings * Check user name and password information posted from a login form and grant/deny access to the flat file * Read a flat file and display contents in a pageable, printable format * Delete, or mark as "read" individual records. * Based on cost, possible decryption of fields A listing of the fields to be posted is available on request. ## Deliverables 1. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2. All code/functions must be accomanied by documentation and comments. 3. Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The scripts must work on Linux/Unix and Windows/NT/IIS hosted systems.
