100256 PHP rotation script

Hey, i'm looking for a not so complicated rotation script.... I want to input url & upload picture(to my server) & insert description. I want the script to randomly select many pictures (from a database of over 100000 urls & pictures) that will show on the main each one linking to a specific url inputed beforehand in the admin, and inserting the description in the alt tag...every referesh will feature new random pics and links.... in the admin i want a search function of url parameters and description...also mass delete, quick add...as customizable and addable as possible. please post your bids.
