13713 Proxy Script

I need to have a script for my webserver that finds anonymous proxies for free and checks them to make sure they work. I need this script to be able to always generate fresh proxies. I also need to be able to copy and paste from the script into a text file. So this script should always be functioning 24/7. Maybe that has to be done with a cron job as well.
