I am looking to have a clone of a popular restaurant reservation system. The programmer would have to create a system that would:
what the customer should see and have access to
-a website listing all restaurants in the network (should be able to start 5000 listings but be able to handle more
-able to browse or search restaurants based on country, state/province and cuisine
-once the listings come up they should be able to browse more details of the restaurant on a separate page listing address, contact info, restaurant info (all this based on info that the restaurants submitted to the admin)
-book a live reservation on the restaurant of thier choice while the system checks to see if there is s seat in the restaurant chosen.
-would have to be a member at no charge
-password look up
-register a new user
-keep track of number of times and restaurant selections
-should list by country
-should give a top ten listing in country
System should have a user rating for restuarants that the admin can control
Admin should be able to:
update all listings
keep track of all restaurant billing (the restaurants will pay a monthly fee and user fee)
restrict a listing and restaurant if they have not paid their bill
email all owners and general mailing to all subscirbers
track number of diners sat to be displayed on main web site page
track the number of restaurants in the system and list on main web page
able to provide detailed stats of all users based on demographic and restaurant booking genres
restaurant operater
in house web based reservation system that allows the reservation made by the geust to show up on an interface
a preset sequence of mail outs as set up by the owner including a survey of the guest experience
ability to mail the guest/s
all reservations on view on the desk top based on day of reservation
table management
section management
add server funchtion
set a geust function this is for the person that calls and did not us the network for booking a table
