simple application that prefills in known fields in web forms one by one and logs result of submission

I have with me data for many link directory sites, these are sites to which links can be submitted. The data contains name of each field in forms (like new user registration form/user login form/submit link form). I want a simple Google App Engine app that asks the user for link information at the beginning, and then opens each of these sites one-by-one, and prefill the known values. Eg if a site has submit link form, then open that form in browser, and pre-fill link data fields in that form (like link url/link title/link description etc). After the form is pre-filled, user can fill in remaining values in that form (like captcha) and then submit the form. Now 2 buttons will be shown in your app- "Submission Succesful" and "Submission failed". User (after submitting that form) will click on one of these buttons, and accordingly in db submission successful/failure will be stored, and then your application will proceed to open the next web form. Some sites will require first user registration, then user login& finally form submission. Same logic will apply in this case also, ie initially new user registration form is opened by your app, with user id/email id/etc pre-filled by your application into the form. Now user fills in remaining values (like captcha etc) and then submits that form. Now 2 buttons will be shown to user "Registration successful" and "Registration failure". If user clicks on "Registration successful" then the app will next open the user login form, otherwise it will go on to the next site in database. So your application simply has to open forms and pre-fill all known fields(eg text boxes) in that form... The user will tell your program whether a form submission was successful or not. There should be a simple screen to import such form data (as shown in excel)... if directly excel file can be imported that would be great, but even if simple SQL query inserts can be done into your application's database, then that is also acceptable. Please see if all the above can be done as part of a Google App Engine web app, if not then you can try a regular desktop or web based app also. Please mention the language in which you will create this application. ## Deliverables Your app should store data for each email id, with one project being the Link URL being submitted. So any user can have multiple projects, and for each project the data about sucess and failure and pending, should be stored per site. Also the link title and link description cant be used more than 200 times. For eg if number of sites is 1000, then 5 different values of link title/description can be entered by the user. So that one value is used for max 200 sites. Initially your program should submit data to link directories, but later the same program can be expanded to submit press releases to neww sites, articles to article directories, and social bookmarks to social bookmarking sites. So after the initial version (for link directories) is ready you will have to make modifications for submitting to the above other types of sites as well.
