10799 Software programmer, 1way scre

Create software that allows me to share what's on my screen with someone elsewhere via web browser. 1 way meeting software. I wish to offer this as monthly service on my own web hosting account. Must be able to accommodate multiple users using the software from account at the same time. The screen should be refreshed fast enough to appear as video to two people with high speed. There can be a delay, but it should appear to be fluid. If there was an option for people with a slower connection, that would be great, but not required. Any additional feature would be nice, and I'm planning on considering who can offer what features and how much extra will it cost. I would like to make it so only the host and not the attendees have to download the software, unless it's 2way meeting software, which I didn't think could be done in my budget. Strong consideration would be given to someone who could make both a one and two way version of the screen sharing software. I have excellent elance feedback, profile (EdLD), Google: Virtual Meetings or Screen Sharing to see examples of the type of software I need devolped. Employer Questions: (1) What type of additional features can you offer and how much extra will it be. Ex. send files during meeting, pause screen sharing, monitor who's attending, adjustable screen sharing sizes ect... (2) Are you comfortable helping me integrate the software into my web page or will you be designing the software on your own page and branding it for me to host on my server?
