Template implementation

Hi, We have been contacted by a modelling agency which needs a web site which can be updated by 'non-technical' personel. We are looking for a very simple system, and we do not require advanced CMS features. To set up this web site, we intend to use a template from templatemonster (template 6281), some php (or asp etc.), and some javascript editor like htmlarea (<[login to view URL]>) or similar. General requirements: - The modelling agency must be able to upload pictures and use them in their articles. One article will be made for each model. - It must be easy to upload pictures, add articles and edit content. - It must be possible to add news items for the front page. - Administration must require authentication (.htaccess or any other way). The articles can be stored either in a database, or in files on the server. When bidding, please describe which languages you intend to use, how content will be stored, and whether flash will be used or not (flash is not a requirement!).
