Website Design Team

I'm looking to assemble a team of individuals for website design. What is needed is experts in all areas. HTML, XML, PHP, Perl, Flash, Actionscript, CSS, SEO everything. I want to be able to cover every type of project that comes about. The idea is to have a group of about 5 guys per category (website design, programmer..), and rotate projects between them all. More details of what rate youll be paid, and how projects will be won and what not to be discussed later.

Please post your portfolio, state your area of expertise, and your average rates (do not put rates in your bid price). If I like what you have, I will provide you with some more details and we can continue from there.

This is an opportunity to work with a company to get you going with more money and more work. Needed is serious hard workers with a good eye for design, or experts in programming who can design custom programs in PHP or Perl.
