iPhone SMS Logging Application

We are seeking someone to build an iPhone application that listens to the activity on the device and send the SMS logs, email logs to a SQL Server DB.

Would also like this application to be able to integrate with a GPS for location tracking, monitor URL visited, be able to be remotely shut off, block certain SMS messages, call logging etc..

Will be integrated with our current .NET application
