Web Site Project Managment and Mentorship

Hello, i am a php programmer but i made normal company web sites.. but we decided to make new project.. Now i will start this project. But this will my first complex project.. i have some experince with mvc and frameworks.. We need a mentorship about this web site managment.. (Just big Knowledge) i want to use codeigniter , laravel or sympony.. in this project there will be close-membership.. after members goes in there will be a real estate community.. in here they connect with each other with online chat , and there will be a wall like facebook , detail search , company profiles , for companies online situation at the moment, and their real estates, etc.. Now we start to build wireframes.. But what should be steps in this project with all details ? which technologies we should use in this project(like ngix , )? where should we start ? which framework can be good for us and which extra things we should use? I need a guide in this way with all little details..
