We're a small real estate company looking for auto-population for several forms we use in our business. There are approximately 20 different forms that have mostly the same fields. There maybe 20 or so fields max. Some forms use only a handful of the fields.
What we're trying to do is minimize the amount of data entry by having the duplicate information entered once then the data entry person can place a check next to the forms required then the script will generate a pdf (or editable document would be even better like [url removed, login to view]) of each checked form completely filled in with information.
The type of duplicate information I'm referring to are things like, Buyer's Name, Seller's Name, Address, Phone number, City, State, Purchase Price, etc. Each of these forms require this same information. Currently, we have to open each document in Microsoft Word, add the same redundant information, then print each document and save the document electronically.
We currently have a php/mysql database we use but aren't tied to it for this solution. One day we may integrate this solution into our php/mysql database but we're not ready for that yet.
Also, some of the documents use legal size paper and some letter size, so the solution would have to handle both. I've attached a sample document for your review. Any questions please ask.
