I'm using virtuemart 1.1.9 and Joomla 1.5.20.
I redesigned the site template and went live recently, but I am now finding that the offline credit card order option does not catpure the credit card details. In the details of the orders at the back-end, the "card" field shows "none" instead of the credit card number (minus the last four digits). Also, the last four digits and CVV number does not appear in the email sent to the administrator. No error is shown during the checkout process and all seems to work properly. The customer enters their card details and to them it looks like the order was successful.
After searching the Internet for days for any discussion on this issue wthout finding anyone having a similar problem, I am amazed that noone appears to have siffered the same issue.
Having given up on trying to get this working, I switched to Paypal payment processing, but I get the same problem! No redirect or form for the the card details is presented to the customer to complete, nor is the customer redirected to Paypal to complete the payment process.
I need a working solution provided for either or both of these issues.
