This should be a very easy project for an experienced programmer.
Before reading the project description, however, please first see the attached image of our site's layout.
The work that we need completed is as follows:
1.) Rollover links need to be created on every website page for each of the links currently on the attached layout. The rollover links will be created using the graphics we've already made. We just need them brought to life.
2.) A message board needs to be created and placed on the "collaborate and plan" page of the site, and it should fit into the big, open space on the right side of the layout on that page. The message board should be good-looking and easy to use for both the board's users and the board's moderator (namely me).
3.) Four forms need to be created and placed on the "start a project," "submit news," "contact us," and "write for project 5" pages, and the forms should fit into the big, open spaces of each of the respective pages. These forms will need to send the contents of completed forms to my e-mail address. Like the message board, they need to look nice.
4.) A working login area with two fields needs to be created and placed above the "login" and "register" buttons on every page of the site. The two fields should be "name" and "password," and a user should be able to login from any page, as well as logout. (We have a separate image for the logout function.)
5.) A PHP program needs to be installed that allows us to update the text on the main page without having to go back to the original HTML to change the text. The text will fit, like everyting else, in the big, open space of the layout.
This project needs to be completed in a speedy manner, and the end result should be well done and very good-looking.
If a programmer does a great job on this, then more paying projects will follow shortly. We have two other sites that need work on them, as well.
The max time to have this completed is 14 days (preferably much quicker), and as soon as a programmer signs on, I will immediately send the .HTML and .GIF files. Then we can finish the project ASAP.
Thanks,
~Pat
