218384 Mod Rewrite .htaccess - 15 min

Alright, I need a very simple mod rewrite script. Its basic function is to Hide affiliate links using htaccess. I want to be able to have a simple user interface where I enter my affiliate link and then submit it and a SEO search friendly link is created that hides the affiliate url. So, once link is generated the script either saves the new .htaccess information or export the new .htaccess file (txt file) for me to replace the original with. This should not take long at all. 15 min. or so. Nothing to special and very simple. Needs to be done ASAP as I am working on a website and don't want to go back and swap out the links later.
