99903 MUSIC DEMOS songs web site

My client wants to build a site that has user management etc. It needs to have a script that alows users to upload their music demos/songs/tunes so that they can showcase their demos. All other users site visitors should be able to rate the demos good/bad. Top 10 or top 100 lists based on user ratings etc... Grouped by music types. Back end admin panel to change/add settings. I am doing the web site design so I only need the PHP script building, installing and integrating with my design. This site is based on the myspace principal - it will be free for users to join and upload their song demos etc... it will need a banner advertising system that will not be used until there are enough users to start to sell advertising space. I need this web site completed within a few days. I will only accept scripts that are nice looking (configurable to fit in with the web design) ... and have a slick looking up to date admin area with lots of admin functionality. Download or listen to songs. View top 10 on home page. View top 100 on a page.
