Payment Processor For Software Merchant & Vendors

We want a basic system for starters that allows user merchant registration and allow selling of there software product via a hosted payment page via html code or url link supplied to the merchant from us within the merchant control panel on thier loggin , Nothing Flash just plain and simple yet convenient. Crm based designer are welcomed. A admin system log in aswell as a Vendor login which must show all attributes like regnow or plimus. Admin login must allow administrator to keep tabs of all vendors sales within the business. *Need a merchant logging in system that allows the merchant to sell his digital content able to upload his software to our servers. * Allow a Html code or Url link hosted payment page within the merchants website. Example : once a customers decides to buy from the merchants website they click on the payment button which redirects them to the Payment page hosted by us. * System is not a finical portal like a bank. * System must but be allowed to connect to our merchant account gateway way or terminal i.d hosted by by our PaypalX. I advice real bidders to create a free account with regnow so they can see how i would like the system.
