PHP / Jquery programmer needed to upgrade website

I want this made visible to googlebots and other serach engine bots. 3)I want the search for term from organic searches from search engines to be tagged to the sign up email form as a hidden field. 4) I want on page optimization carried out. This includes: Combine images into CSS sprites, Leverage browser caching, Enable compression. Optimise images. Also Defer parsing of JavaScript, Serve scaled images, Minify CSS, In-line Small CSS, In-line Small JavaScript, Minimise redirects, Prefer asynchronous resources, Minify JavaScript, Minify HTML, Specify a cache validator, Put CSS in the document head, Specify a character set, Specify a Vary: Accept-Encoding header. ## Deliverables As the site is live, development must be carried out in a sub directory.
