Simple 3-4 page PHP application

I need someone to create a PHP application written for me that allows a user to paste in data into a single textarea field and then parse and store that data in a database. I also need a few reports written based off the stored data. The data the end users will be pasting into the textarea is a copy and paste of a table from an online web based game (tab formatted I believe). This data contains information on who is online. We will need to take this data, split it up into rows of records and store them in a database. The game in question is called pimpwar and is at [login to view URL] . The reasoning is that from game to game people change the name of the character they play. With data about when certain characters are seen and once we find out who they are we can start to predict who is who from round to round. This will be a work in progress and there will be many additions to this as well. Please see the detailed requirements for more information. ## Deliverables The database should have at least the following tables: tblPimpAKA AID (auto number, primary key) AKA (varchar) Relationship (varchar) tblPimps PID (auto number, primary key) AID (maps to [login to view URL], not required) PimpName (varchar) tblSeen SID (auto number, primary key) Date (date seen) Time (time seen) PID (maps to [login to view URL]) Idle (varchar) Whores (number could be > billion) Thugs (number could be > billion) NetWorth (number could be > trillion) The tblPimpAKA should be filled with the following 3 base records 1) AID=0, AKA=UnknownFriend,Relationship=friend 2) AID=1, AKA=UnknownNeutral,Relationship=neutral 3) AID=2, AKA=UnknownEnemy,Relationship=enemy The following pages will be needed: 1) page to add/edit/delete Pimp AKA(s). The Relationship field should be a dropdown box that only allows "friend, neutral, enemy" to be selected. 2) page to associate an AKA ([login to view URL]) to a Pimp ([login to view URL]) I will also need the following page: 1) User fills in the form with the text area for online pimps and clicks submit 2) The data is fed into a function/class that separates the data into rows and saves the information for each online player into the database. The system should check and see if tblPimps has someone of that PimpName already and if not it should create that Pimp with the PimpName and set the AID to be AID 1 (UnknownNeutral) I will also need the ability to run the following reports/searches: 1) List of all unknown pimps in tblPimps (AID < 3). I should be able to click a record to edit that Pimp and assign a different AKA. 2) List of all known pimps based on relationship (AID>3) (relationship=friend,neutral,enemy) 3) Look up an individual PimpName and display when they have been seen within a given date range. If multiple records are within 30 minutes of each other they should be combined and a "duration" of that session should be estimated (e.g... we have 4 reports of the player in a 2 hour window... we don't need all 4 records but a single record that states the duration is estimated at 2 hours).
