197014 Transfer Website

Hello I need someone to transfer a website for me. My website is www.gorgeousjewelrystore.com. Where I currently have it hosted I am not satisfied with the hosting company. So I want to transfer the oscommerce style website from their service to another service I have already purchased. I am not sure of the complete procedure in transferring this site. I am not sure if you will need to first install oscommerce into the new site and then transfer the website I currently have over(overwrite files) from its old location to the new location? Or if you can just transfer files? That you will probably have to determine. I need someone to complete this BEFORE Feb. 12th. I need someone who has transferred websites and understands the procedures of how to do this so you can do it efficiently and quickly. (remember the time it is down - is the amount of time my business is down) I am not sure of the budget because I don't know what people would charge for this service.
