I need someone with previous ebay API and google checkout API experience.
I need a website that sends real-time email invoices to ebay auction winners. The emails will take them to a checkout page on a website, where buyers can then click on a link to pay with either Google Checkout or CCNow. This entire process needs to be automated. The website will need to generate an ebay token for the seller so it knows when the auctions end and what was the winning bid, and what is the winning bidder's email address. The website will need Google Checkout and CCNOW API integration so it can charge the ebay winning amount. The fact that this is REAL-TIME is very important. The email invoices need to be sent within a minute of every auction closing. I also want 3 different graphical email templates for the invoice, and 1 plain text email template. They all need to be fully customizable by the user. The website needs to be very user-friendly because my customers are not tech-savvy. It needs to have step-by-step graphical tutorials for how to integrate the shopping cart with ebay, google checkout, and ccnow, like [url removed, login to view] has.
Please let me know if you are able to do a project like this, how many hours it would take, and what the price would be. This is a pretty small project for someone who has a basic understanding of ebay/google API, so I will only look at small bids unless their is explained reasoning otherwise.
The provider would also need knowledge of Paypal API. Because if an ebay buyer pays for an auction via paypal through ebay's default checkout, the program would need to have paypal automatically refund the full amount, and then send the winning bidder an email informing them of the refund and with instructions on how to pay with google checkout and/or CCNow.
This needs to be a full website. It's users will be paying a monthly to use it, so all subscription info and tutorials for how to use the product also need to be in place. It also needs to be very user-friendly and everything needs to be customizable by the end-user, everything from what payments they choose to accept to being able to customize the emails.
