PHP Link Directory TEMPLATE Customization

We are looking for a strictly CSS and XHTML Webdesigner with an excellent knowledge of PHP and great knowledge of SEO if possible. We need to CUSTOMIZE a PHP Link Directory TEMPLATE to suit exactly to our company needs. Customization is mainly DESIGN wise, the Features of the new the TEMPLATE will mostly stay the same as default template features. Except few little things, we only need to add couple more new features though. Our new template is currently designed in PSD Photoshop, so you will need to transform this PSD into CSS/Xhtml. We believe this is quite a small project, but there's a big possibility of work on larger projects in the very near future if we're both happy. Thanks for your interest and bidding. TBC
