Last week I did a complete new SugarCRM installation from scratch. Newest available version. Platform is Windows 2003 with MS SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Only some test data has been entered. No production data. Now I have two problems:
1) Imap connection works, I see all Exchange folders in Sugar but the folders are all empty. No emails.
2) Sometimes I get a fast cgi timeout.
3) I have one or two further questions.
I want to buy 2 hours of remote desktop assistance. We will use a desktop sharing application called Teamviewer which will enable any expert to configure the complete server. I do believe two hours should be plenty enough. You don't have to work more.
