Website Needs A facelift

We have a website called www.panafricansingles.com. It needs a new look. We want it to have light blue (tropical colors and a white background) Also, we want flash and we want it to say new and improved website. we want it to have some of the same features as my space and also have a place for people to post their resumes, so there will be a section for job seekers and employers. Employers will pay to post jobs on our website ( this won't be a big part of the website, just a small part. We want free chat, and we want people to have their own page like myspace or hi5, be able to upooad music, etc... The website exists, we just want a new look that is attractive, flashy, and has tropical feel, like light blue nd white - maybe looking like a beach or ocean. We want three of the members featured on the front, NOT SIX and we want to control that in the admin page. We want everything to be free, like [login to view URL] and also all of the features myspace has. We want to be able to accept banner advertisements and that is how we will make our money. Also, we want the employment section like above stated - here employers can post jobs and candidates can post resumes and apply for jobs. We will charge employers a small fee to post jobs. We want an excellent admin page, to be able to control everything on the website. We want people to still be able to leave comments on a persons page.
