2 Websites That Need Integration With A Script

I have two sites that I need to redesign, I have templates created and I have the programming created and I need someone to put them together. This will take someone who is efficient with PHP because the scripts need heavy modifications to fit into the website templates. This will have a bit of flash work included (very minimal) but will consist mainly of programming a script to be able to work with the site. My timeline for this is about 2-3 days per site and I need someone who can speak english well as well as has a good rating on the site.
