XoopsGallery NetPBM, Imagemagick install problem

I have a Xoops installed with the Image xcGallery or XoopsGallery installed and working ( with full gif upload ), I am having trouble getting the NetPBM or ImageMagik path ways set in the galleries on the xoops website. This should be a very simple and fast fix, for those who know what there doing. I want it documented and explained CLEARLY what you did to fix it, shown and, as well as wrote down and emailed to me, exactly what you did, so I can follow those instructions on the future step by step.
