PHP Smarty site modifications & URL Rewrite

I have a php and smarty website that need to add more feature and modification.

1) url rewriting. mod_write on Apache and Linux

for example.

2) Search Engine Optimization

3) Modify the search funtion, it's not working properly now

4) few pages of layout design.

5) Other small bug fixing
