PHP Programmer ecomerce cart adjustments.

Looking for mods to be made to our cscart site. Will need to change a few things to filter vendors first, then products. And add categories for vendors - looking for a profesisonal php / smarty person - as the templates are smarty tag driven - to get the end result. NO SALES PEOPLE OR TEAMS - just good programmer. More details will be given when we talk. Requirements Change the display of data in the core cscart multicvendor system. Category structure on the left hand side : The main categories are FOOD TYPES: Australian Food Indian Italian Etc Under each of these will be vendor names in alphabetical order. Australian - vendor 1 - vendor 2 etc Actions : if you click on Australian tab – it will take you to a list of all the vendors for that type. This list will have vendor Photo, description, map url and VIEW MENU button. Only one vendor per row.  Click on the view menu button and we will enter in the restaurants products menu. It will be displayed by categories, so the top row will start from the first product category, IE appetizers, followed by the products in side that category for that vendor.  Next may be main menu items etc, this page its fine to have 2 side by side in a list down the page. On the main left hand menu – if you click on the restaurant directly, it will take you directly to the menu of that restaurant page. The top of this page will be the vendor information picture, and description.
