Add Features to Finished Wordpress Plugin

***PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE BIDDING*** I am looking to add features to a plugin I had created. I am NOT looking for a website...please don't send samples of websites, just plugins and other software. AGAIN, NO WEBSITES, just samples of plugins and other software. I have a SMS software that allows you to email cellular phones and the cellular phone user receives it as a text message. See video it explains needed changes. 1. Export contacts with their name, phone number, and unique generated email via a .cvs and/or .txt file 2. A way to segment users for different campaigns. So maybe one form adds list of subscribers to one list and another form the other (this is already done BUT segment is shown to user, this should only be shown to admin). 3. Auto scheduler. Admin would be able to schedule mailings using a time and date feature along with selecting users to receive text at that scheduled date & time.
