1 ASP.net Webpage

Hi I need someone to make a very nice homepage for my site. It needs to be programmed in ASP.Net and integrate easily. Someone else is already doing the rest of the site, but he isn't good with graphics. The homepage is very easy, but there are some tricky parts (i.e Video, moving graphics, and the icons must be clickable) Imagine a Google homepage with little app icons shuffling across it, and when one shuffles in the middle a short tag/title pops up that tells you what that app does. This information will be linked to an application inside that's already been made. You just have to make the graphics and functions very clean, smooth, and unique. Please see the attached mockup as it's the only one you'll need.
